Plant your flag online. Watch it GRO.

Your website isn't the problem. Nobody can find it. We fix that, then we keep fixing it, alongside you.

No contracts you can't get out of. No jargon. No agency waffle.

Partnership-led

GRO isn't your agency. GRO is your partner.

We are a small team by choice. You get the people who do the work, on the phone, using your language, not an account manager relaying messages to a queue.

Whether you are just starting out or already growing, we are in it with you. That is what a real partnership looks like.

  • One small team, no handovers
  • Rolling terms, no lock-in
  • You own every account and asset
  • Straight answers, including the bad ones
  • Monthly reporting a human wrote
  • Work priced before it starts

If something isn't working, we will tell you first.

You will hear it from us before you spot it in the numbers, with what we are doing about it and by when.

Our process to help
you GRO.

(scroll to reveal)

01. Getting to know you

First, we get to know your business properly.

A chat, then a proper sit-down. We learn how you work and what a great customer looks like for you, so everything we build actually fits.

02. Brand and website

Then we build something that feels like you.

Brand guidelines, design and copy: all shaped around your business, so your site looks the part and works hard for you from day one.

03. Getting you found

We launch it and help people find you.

Once you're live, we get you ranking and visible, so the phone starts ringing and the enquiries start coming in.

04. Growing together

And we stick around while you grow.

We keep an eye on how things are performing and keep making small improvements, so you stay busy in the quiet months, keep the leads coming, and get more choice over who you work with.

Beautiful sites that actually get found.

Looking good is half of it. Every site below was built to rank as well as it reads: real businesses, real numbers, and what changed once they went live.

Built to be found

Every screen it lands on.

The ranking brings them. What they see next is what decides it.

Mobile mockup of a barbershop website: centred serif wordmark, full-width interior hero and a priced list of grooming services
Mobile mockup of a roofing company website: bold headline, verified review score and an inline free-quote form
Mobile mockup of a building contractor website: industrial hero, call-now bar and a grid of service tiles

We start where you are, and stay while it grows.

Any size, any stage

Some businesses come to us with a name, a phone number and nothing else. Others arrive after fifteen years of trading, with a website that has quietly stopped pulling its weight. Both are a good place to begin.

We do not sort people by size. A sole trader who needs a first website and a firm with four branches and a marketing budget need different work, not different levels of attention. The plan changes with the business. The care does not. And when what we have built starts bringing the phone calls in, you keep the same people who built it.

  • No minimum spend, and no minimum size
  • The work scales up as you do, not before
  • Same team at year five as on day one

Small business grant · Limited places

£500 off your website build.

GRO is a new name. The people behind it are not new to the work. So while we build our first run of case studies, we are taking £500 straight off the cost of a website build for small businesses: off the total, not off a number we quietly put up first.

  • It comes off the total. You see the full price of the build in writing, then the £500 comes off it. Nothing is padded to make room for the grant.
  • The work does not shrink with the price. Same build, same testing, same care as any full-price project. A portfolio is only worth having if the sites in it are, so these are the ones we most need to get right.
  • Ten places, then it closes. We are capping it so every one of them gets the attention it needs. When the ten are taken, the offer goes with them.

Ten places, first come. Applies to new website builds booked before . The £500 is deducted from the quoted build cost, is not exchangeable for cash, and does not apply to monthly retainers.

Before you ask

The four questions this offer always gets.

What counts as a small business?

Sole traders, family firms and independents: the kind of business where the person reading this is also the person who signs it off. There is no minimum spend and no minimum size. If you are not sure whether you qualify, ask us: the answer is usually yes, and you will get it in a sentence rather than a form.

£500 off what, exactly?

Off the quoted cost of the build. We price the whole job before any work starts, not by the hour, and not with a number that moves once we have started. A website for a small business typically lands between £1,500 and £2,500 depending on how many pages it needs and what has to be built into it. You see that figure in writing first, then the £500 comes off it.

What is the catch?

We want to show the finished site. That is the whole of it: permission to put the work in our portfolio, and an honest line about working with us if you are happy at the end. And if you are not, we would rather have that than a polished quote. No exclusivity, no tie-in, no clause that lets us put the £500 back on later. You own the site, the domain and every account whatever happens.

Is there a monthly fee after it goes live?

Only if you want one. The build is a one-off cost and the site is yours once it is paid for; it does not stop working if you never speak to us again. SEO and marketing are separate monthly work on rolling terms you can end whenever you like, and taking the grant does not sign you up to any of it. The £500 applies to the build alone.

Book a free 15-minute call.

Fifteen minutes on the phone with the person who would actually do the work. Whether you have no website yet, or one that simply is not bringing the phone calls in, you will come away knowing what is standing in the way and what we would do about it, whether or not you use us.

  • A straight read on where you stand. What people are searching for in your trade, and why those searches are not reaching you.
  • No pressure, and no follow-up campaign. One call. If it is not a fit, we will say so and leave it there.
  • A clear picture of what we would do. Whether that is a first website or fixing the one you have: the work, the order, and roughly what it costs.

Who we are

Justin Williams

Director

Design has been the plan since studying iMedia at secondary school. College gave me the fundamentals: design, branding, what makes something actually work. I spent years labouring on building sites by day and studying digital marketing, SEO and e-commerce by night, because the itch never went away.

Now I use everything I learned to get small businesses found and growing online.

I've seen good businesses struggle for one reason only: nobody could find them. I don't think that's fair, and I've built my career around fixing it.
